Logging & Stats

Logging & Stats Commands

Keep a record of what happens in your server. Logging covers six independent event types, each pointed at whichever channel you choose, and stat channels surface live counts in the channel list.

Requires Manage ServerRequires Manage Messages

Six independent log types, six independent channels

Messages, members, voice, roles, channels and moderation each log to whichever channel you point them at: they don’t have to share one firehose channel. A server can send moderation logs somewhere staff-only and keep join/leave logs in a public-ish channel, or skip categories entirely that aren’t useful for that server.

Logging is on by default

Unlike most modules, Logging is enabled from the moment Lunaris joins, though nothing is actually routed anywhere until you point at least one log type at a real channel with l?logging.

Server stat channels are a different feature on the same page

Auto-updating voice channels that display a live member, online, or role count directly in the channel list itself, refreshed on an interval rather than logged as discrete events; a different mechanism from the six log types above, grouped here because it’s the same broad “keep a record” category.
