Tickets & Teams Commands
Run support and staff operations from Discord. Tickets handle member requests; Teams manages the staff side (applications, absences and internal cases) with its own portal at teams.lnrs.dev.
Claiming assigns a ticket and renames the channel
Only members with a configured staff role can claim a ticket at all, and only one person can hold it: the channel gets renamed to claimed-<username> the moment someone does, so it’s visible at a glance in the channel list which tickets already have an owner and which don’t.
Transcripts are shareable links, not permanent
Generating a transcript produces a hosted link anyone holding it can open (useful for handing a closed ticket to someone outside the server), but it’s deleted automatically after 30 days, and the link itself carries no login requirement, so treat it like any other unauthenticated share link.
Teams is the staff-side system, tickets are the member-facing one
Tickets handles member requests; Teams manages your staff themselves (applications, absences, internal complaints and per-member case history) with its own dedicated portal at teams.lnrs.dev rather than living inside the main dashboard.
Commands
l?ticket <panel|send|autoclose|claim|close|note|stats|list>Manage Serveraka ticketsCreates ticket panels with categories, claiming, transcripts and ratings — panel setup and management need the slash command. Staff can claim, close and leave a private note on a ticket from inside its channel with the prefix.

l?modmaill?team <create|info|list|join|leave|kick|delete> | team <warn|warnings|unwarn|case|cases> | team <absence|absences|complaint|contradiction> | team <event|events|post|posts> | team <meeting|panel>Manage Serveraka teamsManages staff teams end to end: creation and membership, per-member warnings and cases, absences, complaints and appeals, events and an internal team feed. Most of this is slash-only — the prefix command only covers list/info.
